Proof (SS/Demo/Xfire): He's been banned numerous times

Is there anything that can be done about this clown? He somehow never shows up in the !list command. He can be banned with @55878, but it never actually removes him from the server. Anybody have any ideas? He sucks as a player, it's just annoying as hell to have a botter continuously romping around the server.

I talked with David about this guy earlier in-game, and he handled it. Hopefully that'll take care of him for good.

If you go by his score you'd never know he was aimbotting. He's absolutely terrible, it's just annoying to get killed by him at all. He should go 0-Infinity on every game as far as I'm concerned.
