Ny domination. TempBanned him for 2weeks

And then there is this guy "mrcodens" he is a obvious hacker. He has been banned ( perm and temp by various admins) like 8 times just today but keeps coming back.

I converted mrcodens ban. I'm not finding Vilz on Echelon.
